Old quince varieties

In order to conserve the gene pool and the many benefits of old local, high-flavour quince varieties, our own plantations and those of our partners have been cultivated in an environmentally friendly manner for years.

The cultivation of old varieties prevents them from going extinct and is extremely important for maintaining the quince gene pool.

At the plantations, quince also grows in bushes corresponding to its natural habit. This also allows its surrounding to develop naturally.
